I put in a request for a quote in the evening and the following morning I received a call. Both the customer support and the service tech were friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Booking was quick and easy and the instructions for care after installation were simple and clear. Appreciate the team and the work that was completed. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m writing this review based on the customer service I received. I spoke with Shardiae P. in order to get a quote to replace my windshield. She walked me through the entire process up and it was really easy and straightforward. We were able to schedule an appointment but I had to cancel for personal reasons. However, she was very understanding and very nice throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommend Autospec as customer service is always the first good sign of how well a company is being run.

I had a great experience with Auto Specs Glass from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They also have great pricing, which made everything even better. The technician did an amazing job on my Tesla glass repair. Everything looks flawless, and the attention to detail really shows. I even included a picture of my glass with the crack and how they fixed it. I highly recommend Auto Specs Glass to anyone needing glass repair, especially for Tesla owners. Honestly, look no further, this is the place to go.

My driver’s side window stopped working, and Shardiae responded to my online quote request right away. She was kind, knowledgeable, and gave me a fair price. Scheduling by text was super easy. Even though we arrived 10 minutes late, Mijid had us in and out in under 45 minutes. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend.
